## Leo Young

Leo Young is an entrepreneur and real estate investor who leads Cornell Communities, a company that acquires and operates manufactured housing communities. Curious about how people build businesses, handle uncertainty, and define success, he hosts The Journey to explore the decisions, setbacks, and lessons behind the accomplishments of founders, investors, and leaders.

I started The Journey because I wanted to learn directly from people who have built things, taken chances, and experienced the ups and downs that come with pursuing ambitious goals. I'm interested in the decisions that changed their direction, the lessons they learned the hard way, and how their definition of success has evolved. My hope is that each conversation gives you an idea, a perspective, or a question worth carrying into your own journey.
